Return Policy Conditions and Period
Unused Products: You have the option to return any UNUSED products within 15 days from the initial delivery date for a refund. Restocking Charge: A restocking fee of 10% along with shipping expenses will be subtracted from the refund amount. Items on Clearance: Products marked as clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Timely Response: Begin the return procedure promptly to ensure efficient processing. Kindly inform us of any issues encountered!
Faulty Products: We offer complimentary replacements or exchanges for defective or damaged items within 15 days, on the condition that items remain UNUSED. Customer Accountability: In cases of returns or exchanges unrelated to damage or defects, customers are accountable for the return shipping costs and any potential restocking fees.
Excluded Items from Returns
Pre-Owned Products: This includes pre-owned hookahs, hookah bowls, or any other previously owned accessories, which are not eligible for return. Unsealed Items: Any items with opened packaging, such as hookah tobacco containers, coal packs that have been opened, or items with a broken seal, are non-returnable.
Return Process
Thorough Inspection: All returns will be carefully inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued. Please make sure to make safe shipping.
Refund Timeframe: We will need 5 business days to review your return. Please allow 2-5 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement once the return is processed.
